A template editor is crucial for creating and modifying the simulation templates in Sophos PhishThreat. It allows you to customize and design realistic emails to effectively test and train your users. This also provides you with the granularity to tailor the templates to specific attack types relevant to your industry or region.
We’re thrilled to announce that we have replaced the existing template editor with a more capable editor tool, which is designed to make content creation even more powerful and flexible for our customers.
This new editor retains all the capabilities that were present in the old editor. In addition, the new editor contains a few new capabilities.
Advanced HTML Editing: This is the most significant new capability that the new editor offers. You can easily copy, paste, import, and export HTML source code within the editor and convert it to a template. This feature enables customer admins to create a brand-new template from real emails by importing HTML or other content sources. This simplifies the process of mimicking real-world attack and building professional templates from scratch. Please note that the maximum allowed size of a template remains 4MB.
Word Count: You can track your content’s length with both total and selected word count displays.
Improved Table Tools: Inserting and modifying tables has become simpler and more intuitive.
Search and Replace: You can quickly find and replace text across your template with ease.
Dedicated Help Page: A new help page is available with handy shortcuts for efficient editing.
And there are more. Please explore the tool and let us know if you have any questions or need support.
