also note when uninstalling sophos from PC or Server, you will need to delete it from the dashboard manually before installing it again on the original server or pc name.

Hi Sheila,

The Sophos installation is Tamper Protected (https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/119175 ). Once you have disabled tamper protection you can stop the Sophos services as part of troubleshooting, this will be easier than removing the software completely.
