Incompatible Software

We have Netsupport DNA installed on all the computers and have had no issues or warning except for one computers.

What does this mean for the school? Does this mean we can't use sophos product because of Netsupport DNA? Why do we only get error for 1 computer only? Also web protection isn't even turned on.

in which case there wouldn't be the error. Apparently this is the case for all but the one endpoints. Please checks its policy and policy compliance.

no, it means that just the Web Protection would be disabled (arguably just might be an understatement).

Policy is up to date and the same as every other computer. I've just rebooted the computer and the same error is still there.

Hello Abdul Khaliq1,

Web Control would also use the LSP (note: only up to Windows 7, from Widndows 8 on WFP is utilized), do you have Web Control enabled? And the endpoints all run the same Windows version?

Web Control is disabled and all the computers are running Windows 7 X64. Strange that it's only affecting one computer.

indeed strange ... and it's just a "normal" machine, not a VM or a frozen system.

Can't say how to debug this early error - if it worries you please contact Support
