Unable to install Sophos AutoUpdate on windows xp Operation system.

We has installed an Sophos Enterprise Console version 5.5.0 when installing antivirus on windows xp i get this error WHEN IT TRY TO AUTO UPDATE:

Failed to install Sophos AutoUpdate: The software cannot be installed on the operating system.

Hi Ferreteria Ochoa Unfortunately, Support has already been ended for Windows XP and 2003 systems as mentioned in this article .
