Thanks, I have followed the procedure but when getting to the Sophos Management Server, it goes to uninstall but then does a rollback.

Is there a reason for this or is there a removal tool that can be used?

Hi Dan Petford 

Could you please check under your %TEMP% directory for the Uninstallation logs. The details of the error which causes the uninstall to fail would be logged there. 

Just checked that location, but nothing there?
