I installed Sophos Enterprise Console. On the console, it tells me that some machines have not received updates and are not connected or it tells me that some machines have received the last update a few months ago while when I move to the machines concerned I notice that they are connected to the network and they receive the updates correctly. The problem here is that the console gives us false information about the status of machine updates. So there is a problem of synchronization between the agents and the console.
