The Sophos Network Communications Report is an XML file (generated by the RouterNT.exe process) located on all endpoint computers running Sophos Remote Management System (RMS). You can view it using a web browser.
The report lists the current state of communications with Enterprise Console and attempts to identify any problems. If a problem is detected, you can find a corresponding entry in the Windows Application Event Log.
Applies to the following Sophos products and versions Sophos Endpoint Security and Control
To open the Sophos Network Communications Report, in the Windows taskbar, select Start > All Programs > Sophos > Sophos Endpoint Security and Control > View Sophos Network Communications Report.
The XML file is saved in the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Remote Management System\3\Router\NetworkReport\ReportData.xml
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Remote Management System\3\Router\NetworkReport\ReportData.xml
