Trouble deploying to Windows 7

I'm getting an error in the Enterprise Console when trying to protect a new laptop running Windows 7; the message is:

"Window Workstation: cannot be installed automatically"

Enerprice Console Version - 2.0.0.1447

Laptop AV version - 6.5.0

I followed all the steps listed here: http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/63196.html but to no avail.

Can anyone help?

    Hi Keith,

    you may also try the following procedure if the firewall service is not startable:

    Remove the Client firewal

    Reboot the system

    Run "netsh int ip reset" from the commandline (you migh loose your ip configuration set so you will have to set everything up again)

    Install the firewall.
