Commandline scanner for IIS and FTP scanning

Hello there,

Got my previous post on FTP and IIS scans deleted, some how.Any ways thanks to Sil (dont remmember the complete name of the persone who replied).

Sil,

I would be interested in knowing some more information about the command line scanner and how it works. Will there be any installations or enabling features to be done on the IIS/FTP servers? How to run this? etc..

I have enabled the private messages option on my settings. Waiting to hear back from you..

Thanks,

Sai k

  • Hi again Saik,

I had to contact our development group for an answer, as I have little experience with the SAV Dynamic Interface.

This is possible by using SAVDI in the same way that you would for UNIX: you'll need to configure a new directory to accept incoming traffic and write a script that periodically requests a SAVDI scan of the incoming directory and forwards the clean files to another directory for use.

    Will that work for you?

    Best regards,

    Lil
