sophos and cybereason

Good morning,
On my PC clients we have installed sophos (last update release) and a software called "cybereason"
Since we have also installed cybereason the "Microsoft office" package stops working: doesn't open outlook, excel, word, etc.

The moment we uninstall sophos and only cyberseason remains on clients then everything starts working again.

Is there an incompatibility between sophos and cyberseason software?
Nothing is reported in the event log of Sophos.
