Please for the love of god someone help me

what i mean by no tamper protection is theres no password so i cant delete it  and ive tried all the videos and nothing works

If the following article does not allow you to recover from a tamper-protected state, you can also attach the hard drive to another system to rename the SophosED.sys file. Once the file is renamed, you can boot the drive normally and use the Sophos Zap tool to uninstall.

i use sophos zap

and nothing happens it says it cant run it on my pc (i dont think i mentioned that im on win 11)

Could you share a screenshot of the error you're receiving? 

You can find the logs for the Sophos Zap tool in the directory %temp%. If you can share the logs with me here I can take a look.

my trails nearly over for endpoint so like after it ends will the antivirus stop working and could i delete it

Once the trial ends, updating will stop working on the device. Depending on which agent you have installed, there may be a grace period where Sophos will continue to work normally even after the expiry period. 

When running Sophos Zap on a test Windows 11 device, I can see it complete successfully. Are you running the tool using the command line as mentioned in the KBA? 

1. Turn off tamper protection.
2. Download SophosZap.
3. Confirm that its version is 1.4.146:
    
   1. Right-click SophosZap.exe.
   2. Select Properties.
   3. Check File version in Details tab.
    
4. Open Command Prompt with admin privilege.
5. Change the path to the current location of SophosZap.exe.
6. Run the command SophosZap --confirm.
