one of our customers has an issue with his Endpoint Protection console. His win7 (he has extended support) and win10 clients are not updating their definitions while server 2016 clients work just fine. I'm not that familiar with the product and a sophos support ticket has been opened almost two weeks ago but they don't seem to bother about their customers...
The customer has collected SDU logs from both of the affected OS but I don't really know where to look and what could be the cause of this issue.
Maybe somebody here could help me out...
