Azure Windows Virtual Desktop - which client to install or which product is most appropriate

Question

We have a few WVD host pools with Azure WVD running Windows Defender and we also have Sophos Endpoint and Server protected on laptops and servers. 
 I want to test Sophos protection on the WVD machines, there are Windows 10 20H2 Mulit-Session VM's. 
 
 Which client is most suitable for this configuration? 
 If the test works OK, how should the deployment be done? 
 How should images and Gold images be treated? 
 Machines removed from AD, how would they get removed from Sophos Cloud?

So many questions, hope someone can help me

Hi Dolinhaz 
 Sophos Endpoint is supported on Windows 10 20H2 so you can install the same on the machine. Please check this article for the minimum system requirements to install Sophos. You can create the Gold image and then deploy it on other machines with the help of this article . You can also get in touch with your account manager to verify and help you with the initial deployment if required.
