hmpalert high CPU usage

i have windows 7 pro client with hmpalert.exe CPU usage going from7 to 20%.

as a result, user sometime report that the computer is very slow.

is there anything that can be done to prevent hmpalert from taking up CPU resources

Was there a resolution on this case? I have a similar device with HitmanPro Alert version 3.7.14.40.40 with 35% CPU. We've reinstalled the Central client and rebooted several times, but not going away.

Hi there,

The issue was being resolved after applying the hotfix patch as mentioned in this article. You can download and test on any one of the machines facing the issue. Let me know how it goes.
