Incomplete 10.4.15 Installation for SSL Decrypt

On my MacBoop Pro M1 with Ventura, 16.5 (18615.3.12.11.2), I just rebooted after the 10.4.15 installation. When I logged in, I did not get the dialog to install the Sophos Trusted Certificate, nod did I get the 'Fix Certificate Error' message. Everything in the Self Help is green. Sophos Modern Web Intelligence isn't in the services list, but Sophos Web Intelligence is. SSL/TLS decryption of HTTPS websites is on in Central.

Any ideas what's going on?

in past EAP deployments, if I recall correctly, there is a certain amount of randomness at beginning of deployment before "all the floodgates are let loose". another possibility: you have one device, but…

But...on my Studio the installation worked just fine. I'm going to uninstall/install Endpoint on the laptop.

MacBook doesn't show the dialog to install the certificate, and I don't get the 'Fix Certificate Error' message. Any ideas?

On my Intel silicon MacBook, I have the same problems, i.e., it doesn't show the dialog to install the certificate, and I don't get the 'Fix Certificate Error' message.

Any ideas?

another possibility: you have one device, but not the other, associated with EAP.

salexander So adding the laptops to EAP worked for the M1 MacBook, but not the Intel MacBook. I reinstalled the software, but it didn't do the dialog to install the certificate, and I don't get the 'Fix Certificate Error' message.

hmmm... not sure why Intel MacBook is not being added.
on my side, I have not seen the "Fix Certificate Error" message on my EAP-assignged assets, but I have not rebooted them yet. I will do that at the end of day today and test.

It started working...don't know how, or why. I rebooted about 15 times and on the last time it worked. Thanks for the help.
