Endpoint stopped working after 11.4

Which components aren’t installed? It'd be great if you can send us a screenshot. If the Sophos AutoUpdate component is installed, you can try manually updating the endpoint. If not, then you can try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Manual update is not working.

I will try reinstall.

Reinstall was successfull but so far the client hasn't updated itself to EAP version and it is 10.0.4.
