    Hello Peter, 

    What you need here is the password for tamper protection password.. You can either perform manual uninstallation of the device once you turn TP off on the system. However, there's a chance that some files/reg keys will be left upon the process of uninstallation. So we highly recommend using Sophos Zap to ensure that the system. is totally clean.
