Sophos has been stuck removing a potentially unwanted application for 2 hours. What should I do?

What is the OS?

What is in \programdata\sophos\sophos anti-virus\logs\SAV.txt assuming it is Windows?

This will give us the name of the PUA and the location it has been detected in.

Hi Jak, I went to the online dashboard and was able to get it to finish. I am on an iMac with Sierra 10.12.5 and I think it is just Sophos Home. Just in case you have advice if it happens again. Thanks!
