Did the software for Server AV get updated this week? Running Sophos Central based AV, the Windows Server version wasn't as pretty or polished as the desktop version but it had many more configuration options, such as the ability to exclude directories for SQL or Exchange servers. It ran from a windows service named "Sophos Anti-Virus" (among others).
I noticed last night that about 20 of my servers appeared to no longer be running AV as that service was gone. Upon closer examination, I found that they are all now running the "Sophos Endpoint" Windows service and have the same UI as the desktops. Much prettier, but all the options are gone.
Now, is this intentional or did we somehow magically get a bunch of desktop installs on Server OS machines? Anyone else noticing this?
