I'm trialling the Cloud Central Encryption product, I have a test Windows 10 Pro device (HP ProBook 470 G3), and I've created a Computer Group for this device along with an Encryption Policy associated to the group enabling Bitlocker encryption.
I set this up a week ago, and so far the policy steadfastly refuses to apply, in the cloud management portal the computer shows as 'unmanaged', and on the endpoint client dashboard it says 'Device encryption is not yet enabled by policy'.
I've raised a support ticket with Sophos Support, and after an initial email response saying that they thought I had Bitlocker managed elsewhere in my environment, I've had zero further contact. I fed-back that there is no conflicting management in my environment, I have zero bitlocker config via GPO, we've never used Bitlocker before, other than for standalone encryption of a few Surface Pro devices.
I responded to that email on the 24th May and haven't had any further responses from the support team.
I'm currently on hold to speak to the support team and have been for over 40 minutes...
I'd like to get this bottomed out as I have a planned Win10 migration later in the year using the Cloud encryption to manage Bitlocker across my estate.
