Autoupdate not configured... Tamper Protection Password not working.

Hi there,

I have a Mac endpoint that won't check in and autoupdate has lost it's configuration. 

I have tried to uninstall Sophos but the tamper protection password doesn't work even though I can see the password on the Sophos Central Admin console!

Also tried to reinstall over the top but didn't seem to register and had to quit it.

Any ideas?
