Good afternoon, I have three USB drives that for some unknown reason Sophos detected a "virus", (I don´t remember), and several notifications began to disappear and when I realized almost all my files from one of my USB memories disappeared and that happened with The three, one by one at different times, was not at the same time.
To date I don´t know how to retrieve or view these files (Word documents, photos, pdf, among other programs), which are very important.
That's why I ask for help, I don´t know what to do and I need to recover those files because I don´t have a copy of these.
