Issue: Duplicates of Sophos Central Servers in Dashboard

**UPDATE 5** Sophos will be automatically removing any server/endpoint marked as a duplicate system. Please see KBA for dates.

**UPDATE 4** The same issue affects Linux as well as Windows servers. The KBA has been updated to reflect this new information.

**UPDATE 2** We have a fix for this issue which will be released mid May. Until this release, customers with this error will need to manually acknowledge the alerts to clear them.

Some customers may see duplicate Central servers in their dashboard. We are currently investigating this issue and updates will be provided as new information becomes available.

  • Hi Bianson.   We had an issue with CWG 2.0.26 installs creating a 'duplicate' entry.  This was supposed to be resolved in 2.0.31 and for awhile everything was good, but it seems to have resurfaced.  I wanted to see if it was related before I started a support ticket.
