how to allow an exe file to run on an endpoint

we have an application exe file we run on all the endpoints. however for some reason sophos is detecting this as a crypto ransomware for ONLY a couple of users. 
 How can we add this exe to allow the application to run.

Hi Sunith, 
 
 To allow the exe file to run on the user's machine, add the application(exe file) to the exception. Please check Global Scanning Exclusions on how to add the application exception.
