Sophos Service is not running

If you run Endpoint Self Help (community.sophos.com/.../125461), which service or services aren't running? You get can to it from the About link on the UI or just start typing Endpoint Self Help into the Start menu.

The next step would be to check either the logs of the service if it installed or the install logs of the component that the services belongs to.

Should now be correct but you can get to the utility from the "About" link in the bottom right of the Sophos UI and click "Run Diagnostic Tool".
