Server Error: 403

Anyone else getting "Server Error: 403" when signing into cloud.sophos.com?  All of a sudden I can't see any of my computers, policies, or even download an installer package...

  • We have been seeing this with high frequency as well.  I typically open a support ticket, it sits in their queue for a long time and when they finally respond they will say it was a temporary issue.  These 'temporary' issues sometimes go on for hours and we see them at least once per week.  It seems to have worsened since the new cloud console was launched.
