Server Error: 403

Anyone else getting "Server Error: 403" when signing into cloud.sophos.com? All of a sudden I can't see any of my computers, policies, or even download an installer package...

I got this today. I can see the connected machines fine, but I am worried about what this means. I am currently on the Sophos Cloud trial and the last thing I want is instability. Does this sort of thing happen often?

We have been seeing this with high frequency as well. I typically open a support ticket, it sits in their queue for a long time and when they finally respond they will say it was a temporary issue. These 'temporary' issues sometimes go on for hours and we see them at least once per week. It seems to have worsened since the new cloud console was launched.
