hi all,
installed sophos endpoint multiple times but i get the same thing everytime, the service ScanD is not running
I have disabled SIP so sophos can install unsigned drivers which has worked as before SIP was enabled it was blocking the "network extension" but now i disabled SIP, it can install the service as i need to allow it under "security & privacy"
anything else i can try please

Please refer to this article. You need to grant Sophos Endpoint security permissions to run on your Macs.
If the issue persists, please provide additional information on the error with the screenshots.

In addition to the permission settings given by Rutvik Chavda , at the first place ensure that you have downloaded latest installer from central and install it.
Also, for your information, if you are updating the mac os to macOS 15 Sequoia, please refer to this for our latest core agent release details, which will be completely released to all customers by October. Note: Sequoia is not officially supported by Sophos Endpoint prior to version 2024.3 (10.9.1)
