For the Delphi issue, we have released MR2 on our FTS, which solves the issue. Can you try performing some testing on your side by adding a test device to the MR2 release and observe the behavior? 
You can use the below token for testing. And let us know the outcome.

Also, can you create a support case and share it with me?

thanks for your prompt answer!

My collegues of the ICT crew have created a support case (unfortunately I don't know the id).

However we have tested an update (2023.2.1.28-MR2, that I think it's the same referred in  Debugging in Delphi is slow 
, and it solves the problem.
