Hi Everyone!
One of our employees needs to install Sophos intercept X on a virtual machine on which Windows 11 is installed
It currently runs on a Mac and has an ARM64 architecture processor
Unfortunately, we are not able to install Sophos on this virtual machine.

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
With regards the error in the log provided, kindly check the below steps that might resolve the issue.
On central, Go to My Products > Endpoint > Policies > click on the Update Management policy.
Open the policy's Settings tab.
Under the Windows drop-down box, check if it is in the recommended version or if it is in the expired version.
If the package there is expired, select recommended one and save the policy and then download a new installer and install on the machine and check if that resolves the issue.
