I have installed Sophos EP in client and it's possible to control "no internet access and only the website that allow from Sophos Central" ? or can block all http and https from Sophos Central ?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community forum.
Blocking the internet access and only allowing specific websites is not possible with the Sophos Endpoint. The Web Control policy is not designed for this purpose.
Your best option would be to configure the Acceptable Web Usage settings in the Web Control policy to control the sites that users are allowed to visit. Another option is to use a Firewall and configure the web access.
