Are you trying to delete inactive users from your Partner Portal? If so, we currently do not have the option to completely delete users from the Partner Portal, but you can set them to inactive and remove all their access.
If you are trying to delete users from your Sophos Central Dashboard and you do not see the option, kindly turn on your Remote Assistance and we'll look into it further.

I already assigned one user account with admin access and I want to access this account for "Central Partner Admin" but I cannot modify from my super admin account as well" it there any possible way to modify access for this account.

Is there another account in your organization that already has Central Partner Admin access? There can only be one Central Partner Dashboard Admin. If you'd like to change it or to transfer the access to another user, kindly reach out to Customer Care so they can update this for you.
