1. Web Filtering: Yes, Sophos can perform web filtering/web blocking.
2. Port Blocking: Sophos Endpoint Protection alone does not have the capability to block ports. However, the Sophos XG Firewall includes features for controlling network traffic, including the ability to block specific ports.
3. Peripheral Control: Yes, it can block USB devices or external hard drives through the Peripheral Control feature.

Regarding #2, this can be achieved by using the built-in firewalls in Windows or other operating systems. Windows Firewall policies can be managed through Group Policy or Intune.
