Macs are failing to update. The error we are getting is: Download of MacEndpoint failed from server filesystem error: in create_directories: Operation not permitted [″/Library/Caches/com.sophos.sau/CID/Sophos Installer.bundle″].
The Mac has the necessary permissions including Full Disk Access. If I send and update command it does not appear to do anything.

May we know the version of your OS and the current version of the endpoint installed on those devices? Are you facing issues when the device is connected to the Open internet, like (mobile data? Also, can you validate the Sophos domains and ports on your network and ensure that they're allowed
