The devices running Core Agent 2023.2 should not continue to bluescreen. If this does occur, I'd suggest raising a support case with our team via the Sophos Support Portal. An additional build version may be provided.

If your laptop is reporting version "2023.2.47 BETA" try checking if your device is enrolled in an Early Access Program. You may want to try returning this device to the normal release group to see if Core Agent 2023.2 behaves normally.

Did you ever get a resolution from Sophos on this issue? Seems to have started to happen in my environment now.

Hi, no we have an ongoing investigation still continuing the dev team have been working on it but still no luck. Same issue occurs.

No they are not running teramind.
