Retrieve more information of client devices?

Hello dear Sophos Community,

we have some old devices in our company and I noticed that the sophos agent collects data like Processor structure and Operating System but now my question is; Can I get Sophos to collect more information than this from the client device? such as windows build, RAM etc.

    It depends which license you have. Intercept X Advanced w/XDR will collect a decent amount of data into the datalake by default. It also allows direct query of the endpoints ("Live Discover") for a rich set of data, including the ones you asked about.

    The protection-only license, Intercept X Advanced, does not include this functionality.
