Downgrade from Intercept X Advanced with XDR to Intercept X Advanced

Hi Team,

I would like to downgrade from Intercept X Advanced with XDR to Intercept X Advanced due to our full license is in Intercept X Advanced as per image. I have tried to go Devices > Manage Endpoint Software but there is no Intercept X Advanced option to choose. Are there any other ways to change it instead of reinstall as we have a quite a number of workstations. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    Once the Trial license expires and is removed from your account, the devices will downgrade to the non-xdr licence that is applied. Some licenses will be installation-based, and others will be feature-flag-based. The XDR license is the latter and will not require you to reinstall locally. 

    If you find that the devices do not downgrade on their own after some time, I suggest raising a Customer Care case with our team from the Sophos Support Portal. Our team will then manually adjust the license record to remove the Trial so your devices are downgraded accordingly.
