Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
Was the installer downloaded in Japanese? By default, the installer uses the system language. Please log in to Sophos Central and make sure the settings for language is correct. Then, download and re-install the endpoint.
Or you can also use the install option for language and specify English. More details can be found here: Installer command line options for Windows
The installer command example is --language=<language ID>. The Language ID for English is 1033.
