how to export report threat analysis graph

The export option should be available in the top right of the artifacts list. It will export all the event information, including file names, paths, and other information. Is this what you need?

can i also export the report which containt the graph , in pictorial formate?

Exporting the graph doesn't seem to be an option, currently. You can raise this as a feature request.

You can always screenshot it, though, if you need the image.
