[DE,EN] Über RDP redirectetes Laufwerk exclude, RDP redirected drive exclude

[DE] Hallo zusammen

Heute schilderte mir ein Kunde das Problem, dass beim Versuch, eine CD in seiner Remotedesktop Session mittels Windows (drag and drop) zu brennen der Vorgang abbricht und die CD somit unbrauchbar macht bis man sie neu formatiert. Das CD Laufwerk wird vom lokalen Computer in die RDP Sitzung umgeleitet. Weil das bis auf anhin jeweils funktionierte, habe ich gedacht ich deaktiviere temporär den Sophos Endpoint Protection und siehe da, das brennen funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.

Hätte einer von euch eine Idee wie ich diesen Ausschluss definieren muss? Ein Ereignis sehe ich im Endpoint Agent sowie Sophos Central nicht, weshalb ich keine Ahnung habe ob der Network Traffic geblockt wird oder was auch immer.

Today a customer described me the problem, that if he tries to burn his CD in his RDP Ression the burning faills and you have to reformat the CD. The DC Drive is redirected from the local Computer into the RDP Session. This worked totally fine but since about a week it stopped working. So I temporary disabled the Sophos Endpoint Agent and then it worked totally fine again.
Anyone of you got an idea, how i could define an Exclude for this kind of Scenario? Since i dont get any Event in the Endpoint Agent or Sophos Central i dont even know how to begin.
