Issue: A customer of ours has deleted some devices from the Central account for over 6months. They wish to remove Sophos from those device now however, as its over 90days the tamper protection from the Central console is not possible. We tried recovering it using steps from the KB article, however, that doesn't help as the Encryption is still turned ON the device. The Encryption is not integrated with AD.
Is there a way we can disable encryption and uninstall sophos client? Or register it back to Central?
