Threats Detected but will not clear

I have about 200++ computers also facing this issue, I keep scanning the PC and check daily, also the threat counters keep increasing, will this be a problem if the threat is not cleared ?

These are just counters for what's gone before for each type.  As long as there are no outstanding threats and it's green they are just informational. Each of the items are "closed".

I think the Mac product has a way to reset the counters but it's not necessary.  The data is in:

C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Health\Event Store\Database\events.db

Potentially you could stop the Sophos Health Service, rename that file but TBH, I think they age out over time so I would just leave it.
