Manual malware cleanup required: 'Unknown Threat' at 'null'

Upon further checking, this is a known issue and should be fixed after the release of  Core Agent to Version 2023.1.2. 
The release window will start on June 21 till July second week, Assuming that there's no further delay. 

So until the update how will I know which is the infected file and its path to perform the manual cleaning?
