MacOs Catalina Install Failed

I tried to install Sophos Endpoint on a Mac running MacOs 10.15.3 Catalina but it keeps failing installation after the download saying "Installation failed. Contact your computer system administrator or Sophos Tecnical Support for further assistance". I put the installation files in the user home directory and the permissions are set as stated in this article https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000037981?language=en_US.

It is the only Mac of the business company and on the other Windows PCs I had no problems for the installation.
