isolate computer on red status

Hi

I have a customer that enabled the option "Allow computers to isolate themselves on red health" in the policy.

He has 2 computers in red status, but they are not in isolate status.

No Sophos firewall

Any idea why?

Thank you for reaching the community forum.

Do the said two devices visible on the central dashboard? Do they use the same Threat Policy the same as the rest of the devices where Auto isolation is enabled?

Also,, will you be able to share with us the snapshot of the status of those devices?

Hi

Both workstation are in the same Threat Policy.

I will check with the customer about uploading the snapshot.
