Remote Deployment with NinjaRMM Failure to Download

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

If you were to try the Invoke-WebRequest command locally on the device through PowerShell or the command line, does the command succeed in downloading the file? 

I also suggest copying the URL you have entered into a web browser to see if pasting it into the URL field will result in the installer file being downloaded. This is the typical behaviour I would expect if the URL is correct. 

When I paste in the URL central.sophos.com/.../SophosSetup.exe it returns "{}" sans quotes. Please not I have my token I am just posting that there as filler.

When I execute

Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "central.sophos.com/.../[CUSTOMERTOKEN]/SophosSetup.exe" -OutFile c:\temp\SophosSetup.exe locally on the machine, as an admin, with an elevated powershell session I get

OK I figured this out. This is based off the guide from Sophos here: NinjaRMM - Integrations - Sophos Integrations - Sophos Community
Also as this may play into it. We purchased Sophos through a reseller.

• Rework the URL.
  • On line 142 of the PowerShell script Sophos provides you will get this: Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "">central.sophos.com/.../SophosSetup.exe" -OutFile c:\temp\SophosSetup.exe

• You need to edit URL to the you get that by right clicking the "Download Complete Windows Installer" and doing "Copy Link".
  • It will be an Amazon link, here is what it looks like without the token: https://dzr-api-amzn-us-west-2-fa88.api-upe.p.hmr.sophos.com/api/download/
    • So line 142 will now look like: ">dzr-api-amzn-us-west-2-fa88.api-upe.p.hmr.sophos.com/.../SophosSetup.exe" -OutFile c:\temp\SophosSetup.exe
