-And then you may follow the block websites using custom categories KB:  https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036901?language=en_US

To block tiktok via the web control, you need to create website management policy which can be found in your Globla settings, then add tiktok and change the category to the known block categories like "Alchohol and Tobacco, Guns, Hacking, and so on. Once added, you may now go to your Web Control policy and apply the website management that you've created to the target policy you wish to block access.

Bit of a shame Sophos don't have all the firewall webfilter categories available in Endpoint.
