Can you confirm if the following registry change has been applied to your devices?
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Sophos Endpoint Defense\EndpointFlags
- modernweb.offloading.enabled = 1
If your devices have not yet received this update, I suggest opening a support case with our team to ask that your devices be moved to an earlier release group so that this change is applied.
For testing purposes, you can try changing the flag manually, yes. The flag will change back on its own if your site has not yet received the latest updates from Sophos.
The update will finish rolling out to all customers by mid-February, though you can request to receive the update sooner by reaching out to our support team.
