Multiple user unable to connect to Hilton Hotel network while traveling

Every user in my company while traveling cant connect to any Hilton hotel wifi networks. this is is all states so it is just not one location. what are the options to allow them to access the Wi-Fi networks. Our Cellular data has blown up exponentially since installing this application on end user machines and it is starting to raise concerns.

    This sounds like an unencrypted WiFi, which only after some kind of login / accepting usage policy switches over to HTTPS. Check your policies to allow this kind of traffic.
