Intercepxt X Endpoint - Clients get randomly auto isolated for some minutes

Hello everyone,

we use Intercept X Endpont for some years now without any issues.

Since 2-3 weeks some of our Clients get randomly auto-isolated.

The error is "one or more sophos services are missing or not running".

I cant find a pattern, some Clients dont get it at all, some get it nearly daily.

After ~2 minutes the auto isolation get automatically removed and the Clients runs fine.

As mentioned above, we never had any issues but suddenly these errors accure on random clients in our network.

Intercept X Endpoint on Windows machines - managed with Sophos Central

Any advice?
